We have support ticket system which adheres to 8 Hours SLA from the time ticket is generated (apart from weekends). We understand the issue and provide solution either onsite or remote, based on the nature of the issue.

  • If there is no parking available onsite, the cost of parking will be invoiced
  • Minimum charge for 2 Hours for Onsite Support
  • Prior Email Notification required for After Hours & Weekends work
